Darren here. I hold an MSc in Exercise and Nutrition Science. I am a fully qualified N.C.E.F group fitness instructor and Personal Trainer and I also hold N.T.C qualifications in Indoor Cycling, RIP 60 and Kettlebells. I have a strong interest in the fitness industry and have been involved in team sports such as soccer, hockey and badminton from the age of 6.
My passion is to help people achieve their goals be it weight loss, gaining strength, toning muscle or cardiovascular endurance. My aim is simple: to help you achieve your desired results in a fun and welcoming environment. I love working with people so with my experience and your dedication, I believe we can achieve anything you set your mind too.
My own name is Marco. I began going to the gym 3 years ago when I was 18. What made me love it the most was seeing progress in your training such as increasing my weights, noticing visible changes on how I looked and reaching goals you set for yourself.
I entered the fitness industry 1 year ago so I could help people reach their specific goals. I am a qualified fitness instructor and I will have my personal training and nutrition qualifications in the next couple of years as I am still in college. I intend to push people past their limits in my classes to get the best results possible.
My name is Rieleen and I am a 200hr qualified yoga instructor and I specialise in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. I have been practicing yoga for 11 years and teaching for almost 5 years.
My aim as a yoga teacher is to help my students to connect with themselves - mentally and physically, to help them find confidence in their own abilities. Every class I teach consists of breathing techniques (pranayama), poses (Asana) and relaxation. The postures and sequences throughout each class are suitable for people of all abilities, with beginner and advanced options given for postures.
I am passionate about teaching yoga and enjoy experiencing its benefits alongside my students.
I hope to see you on the mat!

I have been on a fitness journey myself , being a PT client for many years I know how the importance of a good personal trainer! I know how fundamental they are to achieving your goals and pushing you to your limits. I aim to get the best out of each of my clients. I love seeing clients progress and surprising themselves with their abilities in the gym!
My name is Daniel and unlike a lot of Personal Trainers, I did not grow up being the most active or athletic person. I was severely overweight, had an extremely poor relationship with food and almost struggled to go up a flight of stairs without being out of breathe. Losing weight to me was never an achievable or realistic goal and I honestly believed I was somehow cursed to stay that way forever.
This all changed 5 years ago, when I decided to finally get more active and become more educated on all things nutrition. I successfully lost just over 100lbs and gained a new love for health and fitness. This lead to me pursuing and receiving EQF Level 3 and 4 Gym Instructor/Personal Trainer Certification, along with becoming a qualified Nutritionist with the Advanced Coaching Academy.
I am consistently striving to further my knowledge on both training and nutrition, whether that be from continuous self-learning, or attending various seminars. I have been extremely lucky to learn from some of the best minds in the industry, with the intention of passing some of the knowledge gained to my clients.
My passion is to help others improve their life in a positive way. I treat each person as an individual with very individual needs and this is reflected in how we work together on their nutrition, training or a combination of both. I believe lasting changes lie within making simple and realistic lifestyle changes, not temporary quick fixes. I look forward to meeting everybody and if you ever have any questions please feel free to ask.
