Your first payment covers a joining fee of €19 and a pro rata amount for your membership for the remainder of the month. This is paid upfront, on the date you purchase the membership, by credit/debit card or cash. You must supply your sort code and account number on this date also.
The next payment will be scheduled to come out of your account on the 1st day of the following month. For all direct debit memberships, these are a no contract membership for a minimum of a 1 month. After the 1 month period, the direct debit will continue to come out of your account until you tell us to cancel your membership. Please see the section on cancelling your membership.
Your bank will take longer to process your payment (up to 7 days) therefore your payment will come out of your account 7 days after your monthly payment date.
The Movement Fitness Club is SEPA compliant and will continue to collect your direct debit on your monthly payment date through Clubwise Software Ltd.
Cancelling your membership
Your monthly membership will continue until you cancel your membership with The Movement Fitness Club.
To cancel your membership, we require that you give The Movement Fitness Club 30 days’ notice, by email, stating your wish to cancel. Please email email@example.com.
If you cancel and re-join at another time you will be charged the €19 joining fee again.
If you cancel your membership, you still retain fitness club access up until what would have been your next renewal date.
Classes are free for members unless otherwise stated.
