An 80’s themed indoor spin class with all the classics from the 80’s.

90's Spin

A 90's themed indoor spin class with classics from the 90's.

Ab Blast

A 30 minute class designed specifically to work on the core and abdominal area.

Barbell Pump

A combination lifting class featuring a mixture of bodyweight exercises and barbells to sculpt and tighten.

Body Con

This class is designed to push you to your limit with full body conditioning exercises through the use of weights and body weight exercises.

Bootcamp

A class that will target all aspects of fitness from muscular strength and endurance to cardiovascular endurance through a variety of exercises which each workout varying from the last.

Circuits

In a circuit training class you work through a series of eight to 12 or more exercises for either a set time or number of reps, with little or no rest between exercises. It’s fast paced with lots of variety!

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training. Put your conditioning to the test in this full body workout designed to get your heart racing.

Hatha Yoga

A yoga class based on traditional yoga principles but with a modern twist. We emphasize on building strength and bringing correct alignment throughout the body, ensuring great physical and mental benefits.

Kettlebells

A class designed to improve muscular strength in your lower and upper body while challenging the core muscles through various exercises. Ideal for all levels of fitness.

Legs, Bums & Tums

Does exactly what it says on the tin. It targets legs, bums and you guessed it, tums. A favourite with the ladies.

Spin

Our highly popular indoor cycling class that focuses on cardio and legs while also working your core.

Total Tone

A total body tone working every muscle group in the body. This class uses body weight exercise and weights.

Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic yoga class in which yoga poses form a flowing sequence of movement in coordination with the breath. Focusing on building strength and toning the body.

Zumba

A dance based class with Danny Zumba which you will burn calories and have fun at the same time. Great to improve your coordination and strengthen your core.

Do I have to book in for classes and how do I book?

Yes, we always recommend booking in for classes. You can book in for classes up to 3 days in advance by calling us on 026 43492 or sending us a message on Facebook or by emailing info@themovement.ie. If you are a member, you can book through the members app.

How do I cancel my place in a class?

If you have the booking app, you can cancel up to 1 hour in advance of the class. After this time, you will need to call us on 026 43492 to cancel your place. Cancellation of a class within 60 minutes of the class start results in a no show for the class. 3 no shows within a 30 day period results in a 7 day ban from the app. Non-members can cancel by ringing 026 43492 or by sending us a message on Facebook.

How much do classes cost?

Classes are free for members and €8 for non-members.

Is there a minimum number for classes to go ahead?

As long as at least 1 person shows up, we are happy to do the class!

What happens if I miss a class?

If you miss a class, don’t worry, we get it. Sometimes life gets in the way. Hopefully, we’ll see you at the next one.

Our classes are really popular and in high demand, so just remember to cancel if you can’t make a class. That way, your fellow fitness club goers can take advantage of your free place.

What do I have to bring to class with me?

We recommend you bring a towel (we also have towels available to purchase at reception) and some water. If you are a non-member, you will need to bring your €8 and if you are coming to yoga you have to bring your own yoga mat.
